Embossed finishes are achieved by means of the 'Skinpass' type finishing mill, which imprints by mechanical action the relief texture only on one side of sheets and strips of stainless steel and other metals. 
The surface is then machined and levelled to achieve the optical effect of flatness. Increased brightness and better performance, strength, rigidity, durability, thermal insulation: these are just some of the advantages brought by these elegant finishes, which acquire three-dimensionality through satin-finishing.
